1. What are your ticket office hours?
The Talladega Superspeedway Office is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. During race week, the ticket office is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. To purchase tickets on Saturday & Sunday please call 1-877-462-3342 or order your tickets online.

All times listed above are Central Standard Time.

2. How can I purchase tickets?
Call the Talladega Superspeedway Ticket Office at 877-Go2-DEGA (877-462-3342), visit the ticket office located inside the International Motorsports Hall of Fame building adjacent to the speedway or order your tickets online.

3. What payment options do I have?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. Payment by check, money order and cash are also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted a month prior to race week.

4. Do you have packaged tickets?
Yes, we have 2-day packages that include tickets that include all activities on Saturday and Sunday of race weekends. The 2-day ticket packages are located in the Tri-Oval Tower, Talladega Tower, and O.V. Hill South tower extension, Birmingham tower extension on the front stretch and the Allison Grandstand on the backstretch.

To purchase one of our packages, call 1-877-Go2-DEGA (1-877-462-3342) and press 1 to speak to a guest service representative during our normal business hours. Package tickets cannot be sold as 1-day tickets.

5. Does Talladega Superspeedway have handicap-accessible seating?
Handicap accessible seating is available. Please call our ticket office at 877-Go2-DEGA (877-462-3342) to reserve a seat today.

6. How do I purchase a pit-pass?
You can obtain a pre-race pit pass by purchasing one of our hospitality packages. Please call 1-877-Go2-DEGA (1-877-462-3342) or click on the "Hospitality" link for more information.

7. Where is will call located?
A. Monday - Saturday will call is located at the Talladega Superspeedway ticket office inside the International Motorsports Hall of Fame building. Will call windows are set up outside. Mon - Fri Hours: 8 am - 7 pm, Sat Hours: 7 am - 6 pm

B. Infield Admission Passes and Infield Spots are held at the Infield Ticket Booth Will Call just outside of gate 9.

C. Overnight Pick-up Monday through Saturday: All Will call is available for pick-up between 7 pm and 7 am at the Infield ticket booth located outside of gate 9.

D. On Sunday, Frontstretch will call is at Ticket Booth D located at Entrance Plaza 3 and Allison Grandstand will call is at Ticket Booth I located at Entrance Plaza 8.

8. If I have not received my tickets, whom do I call?
Call 1-877-Go2-DEGA and speak with a guest service representative.

9. Can I cancel or exchange my ticket order?
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

10. How can I change my address on my account?
You can mail or fax the change of address to us. Mail to P.O. Box 777, Talladega, AL 35161; Fax to 256-761-4748. Include your old address, new address, a copy of a photo ID and your signature. The address can only be changed by the account holder and cannot be changed over the telephone.

11. How do I purchase a spot in one of the reserved parks?
You can reserve a spot by calling 1-877-Go2-DEGA (1-877-462-3342). You must also have a valid race ticket to enter the parks on speedway property.

12. Do you offer disability assistance?
Yes, call 1-877-Go2-DEGA and press 1 to talk to a guest service representative for more information during our normal business hours.

13. What time can we get in on race week?
Parking lots open at 7 a.m. on Friday of race week and 5 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
For the 2007 Aaron's Dream Weekend, grandstand gates open at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday.
For the 2007 UAW-Ford 500 event weekend, grandstand gates open at 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. on Sunday.
 

14. How much is parking?
Day parking is FREE on speedway property.

15. Can I bring my golf cart?
Golf carts or other approved vehicles used on the Talladega Superspeedway property are permitted for business purposes only. No personal use is allowed for any reason. Permitted golf carts must be registered (including provision of insurance) with Talladega Superspeedway and must display the yearly ISC or official event registration credential on the golf cart at all times.

Permitted golf carts must be driven by a licensed person over the age of 18.

No one under the influence of alcohol may operate a golf cart. No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the cart. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any powered vehicle, except for outside commercial delivery purposes only.

Physically impaired, disabled or handicapped persons are permitted to use purpose-built, single-person electric conveyance vehicles (ECVs). These vehicles will not require a registration credential.

Violation of these regulations will result in the golf cart being impounded for the remainder of the event weekend and possible expulsion of the operator from the property.

These regulations are designed to provide a safe environment for all persons attending events at Talladega Superspeedway. Thank you for your cooperation.

16. What can be brought into the grandstands?

- Soft-sided coolers or insulated bags are allowed into the grandstands provided they fit the required size requirement:
6"X6"X12" or smaller. ONLY ONE SOFT-SIDED COOLER OR INSULATED BAG ALLOWED PER TICKET HOLDER

- Clear plastic bags are allowed into the grandstands provided they fit the required size requirement:
18"X18"X4" or smaller. ONLY ONE CLEAR PLASTIC BAG ALLOWED IN CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS

- Food & Beverages ARE allowed
- Items such as binoculars, radio scanners, cameras and seat cushions are still allowed in the grandstands. Talladega Superspeedway asks that fans utilize neck straps and belt clips to bring those items through the gates.
- All items brought through the gate areas are subject to inspection
- The track is not responsible for any items left at the gates

17. Can I get married at Talladega Superspeedway?
Couples wishing to exchange vows on speedway property may do so within the confines of their spot in one of the parks. Weddings are not allowed on speedway property that is used for competition during race weekends.

19. Can I schedule a tour of the track?
Talladega Superspeedway is open year round. If you haven't visited NASCAR's Most Competitive Track lately, come on out and take a look for yourself at the renovations and additions completed in just the last six years. Daily bus tours of Talladega are offered 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day with the exception of race week and the week following race week.
